JazzNews (tm) LICENSE AGREEMENT

All versions of JazzNews, are protected by copyright and are the 
sole property of SyGem Software. This version is intended for 
personal use only.  Commercial use of this version is expressly 
prohibited without prior written consent of SyGem Software. JazzNews
may only be duplicated or distributed with it's original archive 
file intact. The Java class files which make up JazzNews may only 
be placed on a single web-site, but not made available for download. 
JazzNews may not be sold or utilized in any manner not described 
herein without the prior written consent of SyGem Software. Parties 
interested in licensing JazzNews for other than personal use should 
contact SyGem Software at licensing@sygem.com. 

JazzNews must not be de-compiled, altered in any way or distributed 
in a form differing from the original archive supplied by SyGem 
Software. To obtain the full set of class files, the full version 
must be purchased. Obtaining these files by any other means is 
strictly prohibited. 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SyGem Software. disclaims 
all warranties pertaining to this software, expressed or implied, 
including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness 
for a particular purpose. In no event shall SyGem Software. be liable 
for special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising 
out of the use or inability to use this software even if SyGem 
Software is aware of the possibility of such damages or known defects.
